In January 2020, sales of new MOTOR VEHICLES in Russia, based on registration data, grew by 11.2% year-on-year to 117 990 vehicles*, of which:
• Passenger cars – 102 992 units in January 2020, up 11.0% YOY.
• Light commercial vehicles including light trucks (N1 category, without pickups) and minibuses (M2 category) – 7 081 units in January 2020, up 6.8% YOY.
• Pickups – 1 040 units in January 2020, up 7.7% YOY.
• Trucks (except N1 category) including special-purpose vehicles – 5 857 units in January 2020, up 16.0% YOY.
• Buses (except М2 category) – 1 090 units in January 2020, up 49.5% YOY.
