Bus wholesale deliveries in Russia down 18.1% in the first ten months of 2013
Bus wholesales fell 18.1% year on year to 46.2 thousand vehicles in January-October 2013, according to ASM Holding analysts. Sales of domestic-branded buses dominated the market with 30.3 thousand units sold and a 65.7% market share. The second biggest segment was sales of foreign-branded buses assembled in Russia with 9.7 thousand units sold and a 21.0% share. New imports were 6.0 thousand buses (12.9%), and used imports were only 197 buses with a 0.4% market share.
